Shipping

Shipping Rate:

We offer flat rate shipping! Depending depending on the size of the item, either $30(small) $50(medium) $120(large). Australia wide, however this does not include Rural Qld(outside SEQ), NT, SA, WA, TAS. In some of these cases depending on the object we will need to charge an additional amount due to the shipping costs to these locations. If you fall into these areas please email us first to confirm shipping. 

 

Order Confirmation: 

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we confirm with our suppliers that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on back order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you via e-mail to inform you.  If your item(s) are currently in stock & available, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

We make every effort to ensure that you receive your order with in the time frame stated. We have no control over your shipment once it has left the warehouse and unfortunately from time to time, shipments may be delayed or misplaced in transit. In this case, we will make every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. We ask to allow up to 14 days for delivery for circumstances that are out of our control.

Delivery:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within two business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse(where applicable) to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within 4 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@swinghappy.com.au.

Please note: Some orders we will be unable to provide tracking information due to the shipping process some suppliers use, however if you have any concerns please contact us directly on the email above.  

Missing parts on arrival

If you receive all cartons and there are parts missing within the cartons, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange for the replacements parts to be sent out. Please allow 3-7 working days for receipt of your replacements. 

 

Returns

Damages:

At Swing Happy  we only offer our customers the highest quality products. We will endeavor to supply you with the product you have ordered in good condition. However, on occasion goods that are sealed within cartons may be faulty as a result of a manufacturing defect or delivery handling.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the goods at support@swinghappy.com.au. Please include your order number from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as a description and images of the damage along with your best contact e-mail address and phone number. Once we receive all the necessary information we will review and, depending on the damage, will arrange for a new product or replacement part to be sent out to you.

Our products are sold as they are and we will not be held responsible for any assembly costs under any circumstances. You  may choose to have your product professionally assembled but in doing so you take full responsibility for any future amendments needed to be made to the structure.  

Self assembly products, once assembled, are none refundable.

Cancellations & Refunds:

In the event of a change of mind you will need to contact us with in 7 days. You the customer will incur the full cost of the return postage and be credited the purchase price only. We will not refund shipping charges incurred on return. Goods must be returned in original condition with all parts and accessories, in re-salable condition.  You may also be charged a 15% restocking fee at our discretion.

Refunds will only be issued to account/method in which you used when placing your order.

In the event of a change of mind, if the product has not yet been shipped from our warehouse then we will refund both the shipping costs and the cost of goods.  If the Goods have already left the warehouse then you will incur the shipping costs for both to and from your delivery address.
