Why should I buy from Swing Happy?

Your order will be dispatched in 1-2 business days. Tracking information will be received via email when your order has left the warehouse.

The only exception here will be if the item is Out of Stock or during the busy period (September to January). But in ALL cases we will be in touch and confirm with you the expected delivery times and offer full refund prior to shipment if this is not suitable.

I haven't received my order yet

Typically, orders take 3-5 days for delivery. Any shipping issues that may arise once the order has left the warehouse may have an impact on the delivery time frame. Shipping is out of our control but we will work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible so just contact us and we will follow up with the courier. 

Can I collect items?

I'm sorry but we can not accept collections. However all shipping is Fixed rate based on the weight category of your item so there is no guess work when trying to work out how much shipping might cost! 

I have found the product cheaper elsewhere

We beat any price so just contact us and we will offer a small discount on top of that total price. This price will need to include all shipping costs, not just item costs, as you will find our shipping costs will almost always beat other prices! But in the rare case that it doesn't, let us know and we will make sure it does. 

My order has only been part delivered, what do I do?

This can happen from time to time and it may be that the rest of your order is near by and on it's way.  You can contact the courier for an update or alternatively you can contact us and we will be happy to follow this up for you.
